Delete Your Bill Scanner Data
Bill Scanner — ChauPro
If you used the optional Google Drive Backup feature (Pro subscribers), you can request deletion of your Bill Scanner backup data using one of the methods below. This does not delete or affect your Google Account itself.
Method 1: In-App Deletion (Recommended)
- Open the Bill Scanner app
- Go to the Account tab (bottom right)
- Tap Google Drive
- Tap "🗑️ Delete all data from Google Drive"
- Confirm deletion
This immediately and permanently removes your backup data from Google Drive's App Data Folder and signs you out of Bill Scanner.
Method 2: Request Deletion via Email
If you cannot access the app, email us with your request:

Subject: Data Deletion Request — Bill Scanner
Please include:
- The Google account email you used to sign in to Bill Scanner
- Confirmation that you want your backup data deleted
We will process your request and confirm via email within 7 business days, and complete deletion within 30 days.
What Gets Deleted
When you request data deletion, the following is permanently removed:
- Your Google Drive App Data Folder backup (bill history, photos, settings)
- Your Pro license binding to your device (if applicable)
- Any data cached by Bill Scanner that is associated with your Google sign-in
What Is NOT Affected
- Data stored locally on your device is not affected by this request — uninstall the app separately to remove local data
- Your Google Account itself is not affected — this only removes data created by the Bill Scanner app
